Fermentation process selection:
According to the customer’s raw materials, it mainly includes pig manure, cow manure and other farming waste.
Use these wastes to make liquid plant nutrient solution. Due to the high water content of the raw materials and the finished product is a liquid nutrient solution, the wet anaerobic fermentation process is selected.
The anaerobic fermentation process does not need to add additional strains, the operation cost is low, and the process is very mature. It can completely decompose harmful substances in the pig manure and other aquaculture wastewater, and can effectively remove “E. coli” and “roundworm eggs” in the aquaculture wastewater.
