The advanced fermentation process adopts the self-propelled compost-turning machine of microbial aerobic fermentation, which is designed according to the principle of aerobic fermentation so that the fermentation bacteria have space to fully exert their functions.
(1) It is more suitable for the mechanism and process requirements of microbial fermentation of poultry manure into fertilizer, and can effectively mix the sticky poultry manure with microbial preparations and straw powder. It creates a better aerobic environment for material fermentation. Under the loose material properties of cow dung, the fermentation temperature can be controlled at 60-70 degrees for 3-4 days.
(2) The whole machine has balanced power, low energy consumption, and high output, which reduces the production cost of biological organic fertilizer. According to the technical parameters of the machine, the small machine can turn 600-800 cubic meters of fresh cow dung per hour (equivalent to the tireless work of 100 people at the same time). The total number of employees in the factory is at most 4 or 5. This gives the finished fertilizer a significant price advantage.
(3) The overall structure of the machine is reasonable, the whole machine has good rigidity, balanced force, simplicity, strength, safe and reliable performance, easy to operate, and strong applicability to the site, except for the thick frame, all parts are standard parts, easy to use and maintain.
Scope of application of walking type stack turning vehicle:
(1) The work site must be flat and solid, and there must be no concave and convex surfaces greater than 50mm in the working area.
(2) Strip pile: The width cannot be too wide, the height can be appropriately increased by 100mm, and the length is not limited.
(3) Leave a space of not less than 10 meters at both ends of the pile for turning, and the distance between the piles is more than 1 meter.
(4) This machine is only a walking-type stack turning machine and cannot be used as a walking vehicle or a load-carrying vehicle.
