The worm gear box and bearings have been filled with enough transmission grease when they leave the factory, but the gearbox machine should be thoroughly cleaned once every year after use, and all protective lubricants should be replaced.
3.Always pay attention to the operation of the organic fertilizer equipment. There should be no serious abnormal noise, and there should be no metal friction sound. If any abnormality is found, stop using it immediately, check it, and use it after troubleshooting. The reason is that the machine cannot be started. If there is metal friction sound, first check the gap between the organic fertilizer equipment.
4.Frequently check the standard clearance between organic fertilizer equipment.
5.When overhauling organic fertilizer equipment, the working gap should be re-measured each time, and adjusted several times, and can only be used after meeting the standards.
6.If the organic fertilizer equipment cannot be operated by pressing the program controller, check the power supply voltage, power plug socket, connecting plug socket, etc., and check the internal fault of the controller.
