Working principle:
The mixed fermented material enters the front end of the fermentation tank. After 24 hours of fermentation, it needs to be turned over to cool down and increase oxygen and then moved back to make room for new materials to enter the tank. At this time, the turner is run longitudinally to the rear end of the material layer, and the main machine is turned on to make the high-speed rotating agitator rake up the material and throw it back a certain distance, and it has the function of crushing the material. The fully fermented and decomposed materials reach the end of the fermentation tank, where they are shoveled out of the tank and enter the next process.
