How to granulate animal manure to make organic fertilizer?

Organic fertilizer equipment can effectively solve the pollution caused by organic waste in livestock and poultry breeding and other industries, reduce the eutrophication of surface water bodies caused by pollution, and help improve the safety and quality of agricultural products. It has laid a good foundation for human consumption of green and organic food, and the ecological and environmental benefits are extremely significant.
The organic fertilizer production line is mainly divided into the pre-treatment part and the granulation production part.
The pre-treatment part is also called powdered organic fertilizer processing equipment, which includes a fermentation compost turning machine, organic fertilizer crusher, drum screening machine, and other equipment.
The granulation production part includes a mixer, organic fertilizer granulator, rotary dryer, cooler, drum screening machine, coating machine, automatic weighing and packaging machine. Processing livestock and poultry manure, straw and rice husk, biogas sludge, kitchen waste, and urban waste into organic fertilizer through the organic fertilizer production line can not only reduce environmental pollution but also turn waste into treasure.
Characteristics of organic fertilizer:
It is mainly derived from plants and (or) animals and is a carbon-containing material applied to the soil to provide plant nutrition as its main function. It is processed from biological materials, animal and plant waste, and plant residues, eliminating toxic and harmful substances. It is rich in a large number of beneficial substances, including a variety of organic acids, and peptides, and rich nutrients including nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. It can not only provide comprehensive nutrition for crops, but also has a long fertilizer effect, can increase and renew soil organic matter, promote microbial reproduction, improve the physical and chemical properties and biological activity of the soil, and is the main nutrient for green food production.
Purpose and characteristics of granulator:
The characteristics of organic fertilizer granulators are: 1. The produced particles are spherical. 2. The organic content can be as high as 100%, realizing pure organic granulation. 3. Considering that organic particles can grow together under a certain force, no binder is needed during granulation. 4. The particles are solid and can be screened after granulation to reduce drying energy consumption. 5. The fermented organic matter does not need to be dried, and the moisture content of the raw material can be 20-40%.
The organic fertilizer granulator has a wide range of applications, especially for the granulation of light fine powder materials. The finer the basic particles of fine powder materials, the higher the sphericity of the particles, and the better the quality of the pellets. Generally, the particle size of the material before granulation should be less than 200 mesh. Typical application materials: chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, charcoal, clay, kaolin, etc. It specializes in granulating organic fermented fertilizers such as livestock and poultry manure, composting fertilizers, green manure, sea fertilizer, cake fertilizer, peat, soil fertilizer, three wastes, microorganisms, and other urban domestic waste. The particles are irregular pellets. The qualified granulation rate of this machine is as high as 80-90% or more, and it is suitable for a variety of different formulas. The compressive strength of organic fertilizer is higher than that of discs and drums, the large ball rate is less than 15%, and the uniformity of particle size can be adjusted according to user requirements through the step-less speed regulation function of this machine. This machine is most suitable for direct granulation of organic fertilizer after fermentation, saving the drying process and greatly reducing manufacturing costs.
