1. Compost turning machine: Industrialized fermentation treatment of organic solids such as animal manure, domestic garbage, sludge, and crop straw. The equipment performs comprehensive fermentation on the uniformity of the fermentation material. In this way, the front of the fermenter can be freely put into or taken out of the fermentation mode, and waste such as feces can be retained for a long time.
2. Wet material pulverizer: It is a professional pulverizing equipment for pulverizing high-humidity and multi-fiber materials. Using high-speed rotating blades, the particle size of the crushed fibers is good, high efficiency and high energy. The semi-wet material crusher is mostly used in the production and processing of organic fertilizers, and it has a good effect on crushing raw materials such as chicken manure and humic acid sodium.
3. Mixer: The mixing speed is fast and the uniformity is good. It can mix and add viscous materials with 30% liquid. 4. Organic fertilizer granulator: It is a molding machine that can make materials into specific shapes. Widely used in the production of organic fertilizers, bio-organic fertilizers and other fields. According to the structure and working principle, it can be divided into roller extrusion granulator, disc granulator, throwing round granulator, new organic fertilizer granulator, etc. For organic fertilizer made from cow dung, we recommend a new type of tooth-stirring granulator.
5. Rotary dryer: mainly composed of rotary body, lifting plate, transmission device, support device and sealing ring, diameter: Φ1000-Φ4000, length depends on drying requirements. One of the traditional drying equipment is a cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal direction. The material is fed from the higher end, and the high-temperature hot flue gas and the material flow into the cylinder. As the cylinder rotates, the material is run to the lower end. There is a lifting board on the inner wall of the cylinder, which picks up the material and sprinkles it down. During the falling process, it is broken into fine particles by the dispersing device, which increases the contact surface between the material and the airflow, so as to improve the drying rate and promote the forward movement of the material. . The dried product is collected from the lower part of the bottom end.
6. Rotary cooler: While cooling to a certain temperature, it can also reduce the moisture content, reduce labor intensity and increase output. The drum cooler is driven by the main motor to drive the belt and pulley, which is transmitted to the drive shaft through the reducer, and the split gear installed on the drive shaft meshes with the large ring gear fixed on the body to work in opposite directions.
7. Drum screening machine: It adopts a combined screen, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement. The machine has a simple structure, easy operation and stable operation. The drum screening machine is mainly used for the separation of finished products and returned materials, and can also realize the classification of finished products, so that the finished products can be evenly classified.
8. Coating machine: It is composed of screw conveyor, mixing tank, oil pump, main machine, etc. It is used for powder coating or liquid coating process. It can effectively prevent the agglomeration of compound fertilizers. The main unit is lined with polypropylene or acid-resistant stainless steel.
9. Packing machine.

Then it is sent to the drum sieving machine to screen out the unqualified particles, and then sent to the secondary pulverizer by the return conveyor for secondary granulation after crushing. Until the qualified granules that meet the customer’s requirements are produced, they can be sealed and packaged with a packaging machine at last, that is, commercial organic fertilizers can be sold.
