1. The complete set of equipment for the organic fertilizer production line includes:
1. Raw material accumulation and fermentation equipment–trough type compost turner and plate chain type compost turner. Realize the new design of one machine with multiple slots, effectively saving space and equipment investment funds.

Fully automatic multi-chamber batching machine – designed according to the customer’s raw material varieties into 2, 3, 4, 5, etc. The system structure adopts small and medium-sized distributed control systems to achieve decentralized control and centralized management problems; this system uses static weighing and batching to dynamically distribute materials, so that the prepared materials can reach a good consistency before entering the mixer. The mixing process absorbs the respective advantages of dynamic and static batching; it has manual and automatic switching functions. When online, each control unit communicates information according to the MODBUS communication protocol, and the host computer is far away from the operation site, which improves the stability of the system and improves operator comfort. working environment;
4. Mixing mixers – including vertical mixers, horizontal mixers, double-shaft powerful mixers, drum mixers, etc. The internal stirring structure is divided into knife type, spiral type, etc. Design an appropriate mixing structure according to the characteristics of the material. The discharge port is designed with cylinder control and baffle control.
5. Special granulators for organic fertilizers – including disc granulators, new wet granulators, rounding machines, drum granulators, coating machines, etc. Choose the appropriate granulator according to the characteristics of the raw materials.
6. Rotary dryer – also known as drum dryer, bio-organic fertilizer dryer, because the temperature when drying organic fertilizer cannot exceed 80°, so our dryer adopts hot air drying mode.
7. Cooler–similar in appearance to the dryer, but different in material and performance. The main machine of the dryer is made of boiler steel, and the main machine of the cooler is customized with carbon steel plate.
8. Screening machines – including drum type and vibrating type. Screening machines are divided into three-stage screens, two-stage screens, etc.
9. Particle coating machine–the appearance of the main machine is similar to that of the dryer and cooler, but the internal structure is very different. The interior of the coating machine is lined with stainless steel plates or polypropylene. The complete machine includes supporting powder machine and oil pump.
10. Automatic metering and packaging machines – including spiral type and DC type, single head and double head, made of stainless steel and carbon steel, customized according to customer’s actual needs.
11. Conveying equipment – including belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, etc.
